Quality Inn Henderson I-85

The office staff was polite. Came from another hotel, called for a room and the lady at the front desk said come on over after giving me pricing information. Room was pretty clean only problem was a large gap under the door. Good room for a cheap price. We will be staying again.

I had to run to write a review about the front desk staff at this hotel. I was traveling with a large group for a family reunion over labor day weekend. I used my credit card's booking agency to reserve 6 rooms with the Quality Inn. I called before checking in to confirm that the hotel received our reservation and to let them know we would be doing a late check in. They answered quickly and confirmed that our rooms would be available. I have to specifically shout out Crystal. She was particularly helpful from the beginning! When we arrived to check in, the staff tried to complete the check in but the reservations were showing up as declined. Even though I already paid for the rooms online! I called the credit card's travel help line and they were closed! The staff tried to re-run the reservations but they kept showing up as declined! I ended up having to pay for the rooms again. This was in no way the hotel's fault! Crystal and the management staff were very helpful. They gave me everything I needed to show the credit card company that I had to pay for the rooms twice and assured me that I could call if I had any trouble! I appreciate their help with this! The rooms were honestly better than expected! They were clean and well made up. The "smoking" rooms didn't smell overwhelmingly like smoke. The area was quiet at night and my family was able to sleep well. I definitely recommend staying here for an overnight stay.

They have the sweetest front desk crew and the best room service.

My second time at this hotel. The first time I came, I chose the hotel because the information said there was a fitness room available. When I found out that the fitness room didn't exist anymore, I started with a short jogging round. During my recent second stay I extended my jogging round to 3.5 Miles (5km). The back roads around the hotel are pretty quiet in the morning.

Looking to stay for couple of nights for business. Stayed one night and decided to stay another night since I didn't experience any problems. Rooms was large and pretty clean. I liked the fact that the bathroom was larger than most other hotel bathrooms I've been to. Check-in and check-out was quick. I ran into two front desk staff and both were pleasant and served me with a smile.

We got the first floor handicap room because of a healing issue. King size bed with 2 cushioned seats an extra table, fridge, microwave plus the norm. I like that the reading lamps on both sides of the bed are on the wall, easy to reach to turn off and on and frees up space on the decent size night stands. There were originally 3 pillows on the bed, but with 1 phone call we got 2 more quickly. We did not partake in the breakfast. I would definitely stay here for another overnight stay but not on vacation. There is no elevator to the second floor. It was very clean and comfortable and checking in and out was easy.

Nicest hotel around. Honest people as well. I left my computer in room. It was at office . Also left my wallet on counter .... all my cash was there when I returned later in the evening. Another thing about this hotel is that they have LOTS of television channels ,good working air conditioner,beds are made every day and clean towels are bring daily.
